Endowment Fund Reception

More than 60 people gathered at Reena’s Toby and Henry Battle Developmental Centre on September 28 to celebrate the full granting status of endowment funds.

Guests were treated to a cocktail reception including a ice vodka martini lounge compliments of the evenings sponsors Iceberg Vodka and Health Source Plus.

The full granting status of a fund is what happens when a developmental fund (less than $5,000) reaches maturity (more than $5,000) thus allowing Reena to grant the interest raised to help fund various respite and enrichment programs.

Events such as this allow fund holders to learn about how their contributions are making a difference in the lives of the people served by Reena currently numbering more than 1000 clients across the GTA.
